You are invited to attend Missouri’s Anti-Trafficking Summit on Saturday, April 18 —“From Celia’s Trial to Modern Justice.”

Hosted by the St. Louis African American History & Genealogy Society and the Missouri Historical Society’s African American History Initiative, this Missouri-East culminating program will bring together historians, survivor advocates, and frontline service providers to examine the connections between historic systems of exploitation and modern trafficking in Missouri. The summit is part of Missouri’s inaugural

   Celia Day & Human Trafficking Awareness Week

—a statewide observance featuring a broader series of educational programs, community conversations, and survivor-centered initiatives taking place across Missouri.
